Aniket-1 Co-operative Housing Society Ltd. ensures an all round development of its Members. Three complexes are provided for indoor and outdoor activities viz. Playground, Clubhouse and Garden. Non-members can gain access to Playground and Clubhouse based on prior bookings only.

Playground

One of the main feature and attraction of the society is its Playground.. It is located within the premises of Aniket-1, in the first lane of the Society.The lush green Playground spans over an area of approx. 2500 sq. meters. It also has the Society Clubhouse. Aniket Society Members are committed for open air activities for their families and have supported development of this playground . The children play-area having swings and slide along with a double bar is an enjoyment to the kids . Its heart warming for the parents to observe that kids are eager to be busy in outdoor sports in the evening rather than spending time in front of the Television set.

The playground is being further developed with a walking track . Various sports activities are promoted like Cricket Coaching , exercise camps, football etc. The ground has an area developed for Cricket Academy, imparting professional coaching in the morning and evening. Three cricket pitches are developed on the Playground for Net Practice sessions while the open ground will be used for catching and fielding practice. Safety nets are installed for the Society internal road side, club house side and main road side. The Playground is well-illuminated so that Aniket Society Members can emjoy outdoor sports till late evenings. From a security perspective, CCTV Surveillance is placed at strategic locations covering the whole ground.

Rules : The playground is restricted for MEMBERS and Families only
Pets are not allowed

Timings: 9.00 am to 1.00 pm and 6 pm to 10.00 pm

Clubhouse

The Club House located in the playground offers unique opportunity to conduct various indoor activities like Meditation, children cultural activities , lectures on mind and body , dance and indoor sports like Table Tennis. The Spacious hall easily accommodate-60 people and also has a covered space in the front. Hall is well-lit and well-ventilated. The Hall is available for various functions through Members reference. It also has separate washroom facilities.

Rules: Club House is available to members and their friends with advance booking for specific activity with certain rules
